The two documents (Scholarship Form and Candidate’s Biographical Questionnaire needed to apply for the NRCS Foundation Scholarship can be downloaded from this page.
The Nathan R. Cobb, Sr. Foundation, Inc. Scholarship Program will provide funding toward tuition, fees, books, use of a laptop, printer, and software to students pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree at a community college or university.
The Scholarships are awarded annually which must be used toward attending an institution of higher education. Each annual scholarship renewal is contingent upon satisfactory performance and normal progress toward the associate or bachelor's degree.
Applicants must be a high school graduate from the Farmville serving area.
All application materials must be postmarked no later than March 30th, of each year and sent to Farmville Central High School Counselor or any NRCS Foundation Board Member.

THE FOUNDATION RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR TO DECLINE THIS APPLICATION.
This form must be returned to your School’s Guidance Counselor or a member of the NRCS Foundation Board. All scholarships will be awarded after validation to the University is completed.
MUST BE POSTMARKED by date provided in each year's announcement.

Application forms can be retrieved from our website at: nrcsfoundation.org or hard copies will be made available by contacting Ms. Hilda Smith at hsmith@suddenlink.net. All qualified students from the Farmville serving area are eligible to submit applications and if selected will be awarded up to $1000.00..
